Arrow is not responsible for any file downloads. Materials downloaded from other users may be subject to restrictions and limitations as may be asserted by them.
This website may not modified, disassembled, decompiled or reverse engineered in any way. No part of this website may be reproduced or stored in any other website without our permission.

4.5.3. Arrow reserves the right to review, refuse or delete any contribution which we consider in breach of the Community Rules, or take action against any user account, at any time, for any reason, including, without limitation, deletion or suspension of your account.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, by participating in this website you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arrow on all matters related to your interaction with others using this website and participation with this website.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ARROW BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCURRED BY YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR USE OF ARROW ECB.
5. Breach. If we conclude in our sole discretion that you have breached any of the Guidelines, Privacy Policy or Terms of Use we may take such action that we consider appropriate, including without limitation:
5.1. immediate temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to participate in this website or removal of any of your contributions or material on this website;
5.2. issuing a warning and possibly legal action; or
5.3. any other action that we in our sole discretion deem appropriate.

You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy particular requirements for the accuracy and security of the data input and output.

7.1. The failure or delay of Arrow to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive its right to enforce that right.
7.2. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York without giving effect to its conflict of law principles which shall also have nonexclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to use of this website.
